The device machine has to be reachable from the Log360 Cloud Agent in order to collect event logs. If it does not, then the machine is not reachable. Solution: Check if the device machine responds to a ping command. Probable cause: The client machine is not reachable from the agent. I've added a device, but Log360 Cloud Agent is not collecting event logs from it
